I joined forces with GAN in 2015 and have been involved from the start and I am proud of GAN's achievements to date. I'm also a part of 2 other Guernsey arts charities and I'm keen to advance our visual art in all its guises.
I enjoy being the Co-ordinator for the annual Arts Sunday event at our Town seafront in June and helping with our exhibitions
Although a Painter and Illustrator who works mostly in Acrylics, Watercolour, Inks, Graphite and Pastels, I am keen to multi media with other materials.
I studied fine art, art history, music, philosophy, French and Italian, with the Guernsey College of FE, Open University and WEA.
Notable ancestors in my family tree were sculptor Frederick Moynihan, of the Royal Academy and artist Edmund Blampied of Jersey, amongst others.
I favour creating botanical art and landscapes from our Bailiwick.
I love networking, plein air and entering national art competitions, favouring Bailiwick and European landscapes, literature and botanical art.
